CTjobs.com to Host May 19th Virtual Career Fair

Posted: April 14, 2009

CONNECTICUT - CTjobs.com, the premier local job board for opportunities across Connecticut, presents CTjobs.com LIVE!: A Virtual Networking Career Fair, on May 19th, 2009 from 9am ? 5pm EST.

CTjobs.com LIVE! is a one-day event that takes place online, replacing the traditional brick and mortar career fair. By logging into a 3-D virtual environment, job seekers will be able to chat with recruiters online, visit employer booths, submit their resumes to job openings, view company information, chat and network with other job seekers, view presentations and more! Because this event takes place online, it's convenient for all parties to attend by eliminating any costs associated with travel.

"CTjobs.com LIVE! allows us to bring our online audience of local job seekers that much closer to our local employers, thus allowing for instant interaction between the two parties," says Tina Krater, Director of Sales at CTjobs.com

The inaugural CTjobs.com LIVE! Virtual Networking Career Event is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19th from 9am?5pm EST. A second CTjobs.com LIVE! event will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd.
